Our Commercial Team
Jerry started his real estate career in 1966 and opened his first office in Point Richmond in 1974. As a developer he spearheaded his first residential property development in 1976 and went on to be involved with the building of over 300 residential and commercial properties in the West Contra Costa County area.
Jerry and his wife Jan opened FMI Real Estate and its residential division, Feagley Realtors, in Point Richmond in 1994. The brokerage has since grown to three offices in Albany and Point Richmond, and conducts sales, leasing, and property management throughout the Bay Area and Northern California.
Once in a while when Jerry’s not dreaming of building things he plays a little golf. He is 2018 incoming President of Richmond Rotary, a Director of the Richmond Police Activities League, and a 39 year member of the Richmond Yacht Club.
Certified Property Manager
Jan became a licensed Real Estate agent in 1974. She has been a Real Estate Brokers Associate and Partner of FMI Inc. since 1980, and a Certified Property Manager since 1983. In total she has managed over 1,500 income properties, including 13 HOA’s (Home Owner Associations). She has also been a Notary Public since 1995. Clients appreciate the depth and breadth of real estate knowledge Jan has acquired from her many years of experience dealing with landlords and tenants, as well as her familiarity with the laws that govern the ever-changing tenant, landlord and property management landscape. Jan’s integrity, uncompromising work ethic and no nonsense business approach are key ingredients in the success of FMI Inc.’s property management services.
Commercial Broker Associate
As a Broker Associate at FMI Commercial, Lynson Beaulieu brings decades of valuable knowledge, skills and experience to insure successful transactions. Her commercial real estate experience includes in depth property research, working with 1031 Exchanges, working with commercial loan brokers and lenders, and conducting property valuations (BPO). She identifies and engages vendors to provide the inspections and reports to satisfy due diligence activities and/or lender requirements, allowing her clients to make informed decisions about sales and purchases.
Lynson also has experience with the Cannabis industry and can locate appropriately zoned properties statewide. She can also assist with connecting clients with private lenders and auxiliary services that are friendly to the industry.
